SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We take pride in our products and are committed to providing you with high-quality handmade skincare products. Our commitment to quality means that we take pride in every product we make.

Shipping: We freshly make our handmade products, so please allow 2-3 business days from the order date for shipping.

Delivery : 3-5 business days from order being shipped.

In the unlikely event that shipment delivered have defective or damaged product, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a exchange. We do not accept exchanges on used products. Please note that the shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation of shipment before delivery

  • If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@Kayaved.com or call us on +91 9810411124

  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request.

Return/cancellation of shipment

  • We do not accept order return / cancellation once they are delivered / shipped .

Exchange in case of damage or defective shipment delivery

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (info@kayaved.com) within 3 business days of receiving the order.

  • Step 2: Kindly share unboxing video of the product and the invoice for our reference.

  • Step 3: Once we receive the video, the customer care will get in touch with the customer and after necessary checks initiate the exchange process within 2-4 days. The exchanged product should reach the customer in 7-10 business days.
